Barton Moss Primary School

Year 6

 Hey Gorgeous Year Six Peeps!

How are you all?

Trust you are well and keeping yourself safe. I am missing you all a great deal! I miss seeing all your lovely faces and hearing all your stories.

As well as the home learning packs you have been receiving from school, a home learning page has been set up on the school website for you to access even more exciting learning across the curriculum. Please continue to upload your work onto Showbie, Purple Marsh and Twitter. I love reading them all! This is the brightest part of my day.

Normally, we would discuss five new things we have learned in a day, so why not try to keep a scrap book about this. Create a daily page in a book and keep memories of the five things you've learned that day.

Are you finding getting into routine difficult? How about trying something new: make a list of things you enjoy to do and make a schedule to do them each day. Also, choose to do one thing you don't really like to do and do it too(5 minutes a day). It does help you to build resilience and develop new skills too.

Is there something you could do to lift up your community positively? Perhaps you could make some pictures of flowers and post it to your neighbour's (with your adult) door or simply put it on your window to give someone a smile.

I look forward to when we can all see one another again. Remember keep safe.

With regards,
Mrs Adebanjo

PS: my renegade dance move is so on point now. I can't wait to show it you all!
